Large Sea Rocks fish focal bead with a central cobalt stripe and two aqua stripes above and below. Fine silver sparkles under the blue glass. The bead is heavily encased in clear glass for added depth and smoothness, which the camera doesn't like.
Once again, it is curved to render the movement of a swimming fish.
