Cancellations and Returns

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email me a anne@annelondez.com as soon as possible.  Cancellations are accepted only until production has begun, which usually takes less than 1 hour.

Once production begins, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund an order. Returns will only be accepted if they are due to a production error and announced within 14 days after delivery. If your item is defective, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us before initiating a return.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Print-on-demand items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
